Have you just bought a new PC, but you're not sure how to hook it all up? We're there for you! We will:

  • Come to your home and hook up the components
  • Power it up to make sure everything is running correctly
  • Answer any initial questions you may have about your new PC

Nobody likes talking about money, but we believe that it's important for you, the client, to know up front what you'll be charged. We also know that some services are needed a little more often than others so we've put together the package deals shown above.

If the service you require doesn't fall into one of the packages above give us a call to discuss the problem, and the solution we can provide for you. Any work other than what's included in a package will be charged at an hourly rate.

The amount you will be charged will be provided to you up front before any work is done, and it will not be changed. If the job takes longer than we thought that's our loss, and your gain!

  • $65/hr - On-line remote support
  • $85/hr - On-site support

A one hour diagnostic fee applies to all service calls, and will be deducted from the total bill if you
choose to allow us to fix the problem (and it takes longer than the hour).
In other words, you won't be double charged for the first hour!
